While we know the majority of our nutrition should come from nutrient dense foods, I also know we can enjoy the foods we love, and achieve our goals. During this coaching you will use My Fitness Pal as a reflective food journal to create sustainable habits, and work toward a balanced lifestyle. Tracking macronutrients allows many people to let go of the “good food” “bad food” mentality, and be consistent. It allows for the flexibility that living and enjoying life requires. Whether your goals be aesthetic, performance based, or health focused, this is a scientific approach to individualized nutrition. Individuals who track macronutrients are able to reach their goals faster. We will also work on optimizing nutrient intake, and learning how to fuel your body for your lifestyle.

  • Customized Beyond Measure Nutrition software able to sync to your MyFitnessPal and fitness tracking accounts. This individualized reporting allows me as your coach to provide specific adjustments and suggestions to further your progress

  • Personal Beyond Measure Nutrition account that tracks and graphs your progress.

  • Weekly online check-ins based on all foundational areas of health
    (Includes submission of photos, measurements, and a customized questionnaire specific to your goals)

  • Goal setting specific to your aesthetic, nutrition, health and fitness-related goals

  • Behaviour and habit tracking

  • Ability to ask questions as they arise through WhatsApp
